Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss fresh broccoli florets with minced garlic, olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper on a sheet pan.
  3. Roast the broccoli in the oven for about 10 minutes until vibrant and slightly tender.
  4. Raise the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C) and mix roasted broccoli with chicken sausage, frozen tortellini, remaining olive oil, and half of the Parmesan in a bowl.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on the greased sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted. Sprinkle water if dry.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top after baking and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
