Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Slice the cabbage into thick rounds, about ½ inch each.
  3. Brush both sides of the cabbage rounds with olive oil.
  4. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and egg until well combined.
  5. Press the meat mixture onto each cabbage slice to form patties.
  6. Place the patties on the baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Optionally, top each burger with cheese and broil for another 3-5 minutes until melted.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
