- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Slice the cabbage into thick rounds, about ½ inch each.
- Brush both sides of the cabbage rounds with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and egg until well combined.
- Press the meat mixture onto each cabbage slice to form patties.
- Place the patties on the baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Optionally, top each burger with cheese and broil for another 3-5 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
