Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add creamy peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Shape 1-inch portions of dough into balls and roll in granulated sugar before placing on prepared sheets.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden at the edges; press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center while still warm.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
