Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and almond milk, stirring well. Let the oats sit for about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Add maple syrup or honey, orange blossom water, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the sweetener dissolves.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped pistachios into the mixture.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  5. The next morning, stir the oat mixture. If it's too thick, add a splash of almond milk.
  6. Spoon the oats into bowls and top with fresh orange segments and extra pistachios.
