- Lay the slices of prosciutto flat on a clean surface.
- Carefully drain the mozzarella balls to eliminate excess liquid.
- If using larger mozzarella balls, slice them in half.
- Wrap each mozzarella ball securely in prosciutto.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and add dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper; stir until fragrant.
- Brush each wrapped bite with the seasoned oil mixture.
- Bake the bites in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
