  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Balls Bocconcini, burrata, or provolone are great substitutes.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Melted butter can be used for a different flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Fresh oregano can be used if available.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic could be used, reduce quantity to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust according to your preference.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Offers fresh herbal flavor; can substitute with parsley or omit.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the slices of prosciutto flat on a clean surface.
  3. Carefully drain the mozzarella balls to eliminate excess liquid.
  4. If using larger mozzarella balls, slice them in half.
  5. Wrap each mozzarella ball securely in prosciutto.
  6. In a skillet, heat olive oil and add dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper; stir until fragrant.
  7. Brush each wrapped bite with the seasoned oil mixture.
  8. Bake the bites in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
