  • 1 head Broccoli Cut into florets.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain into bite-sized strips. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, peanut oil, and cornstarch. Allow to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. Combine chicken stock, Shaoxing wine, both types of soy sauce, and brown sugar in a separate bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  3. In a skillet, bring 1/4 cup of water to a boil, add broccoli, and steam for about 1 minute.
  4. Sear the marinated beef in the same skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
  5. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds.
  6. Return the broccoli and pour in the sauce. Stir over medium-high heat until the sauce thickens.
