Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by adding 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice, and 1/2 cup of white sugar into a blender. Pour in 2 cups of crushed ice and blend on high for about 30 seconds until slushie-like.
  2. Check the texture. If too thick, add a splash of coconut milk or more ice and blend again for another 15-20 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the drink into chilled glasses and garnish with a slice of lime. Serve immediately for a refreshing experience.
