  2. After steeping, introduce ½ cup of ice into the brewed tea. This cools the tea down and continues the steeping process for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. In a pitcher or large bowl, combine the cooled brewed white tea with guava juice and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir gently to ensure an even blend.
  4. To serve, fill individual glasses with ice cubes and pour the vibrant mixture over the ice.
