Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Brush the rolled-out dough with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly firm.
- Remove from oven and add torn burrata pieces over the crust.
- Layer thin slices of prosciutto over the burrata.
- Drizzle floral honey on top and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
- Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes if warming the burrata.
- Remove from oven, garnish with arugula and extra honey if desired, slice, and serve.
