Dough
  • 1 batch Pizza Dough homemade or store-bought
Toppings
  • 1 ball Burrata Cheese or fresh mozzarella if preferred
  • 4 oz Prosciutto add after partial baking
  • 2 tbsp Honey use floral honey for better flavor
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for brushing the dough
  • 1 handful Fresh Basil optional
  • to taste Sea Salt
  • to taste Cracked Black Pepper
Optional Garnish
  • 1 cup Arugula for topping
  • 1 tbsp Extra Honey for drizzling

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Brush the rolled-out dough with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly firm.
  4. Remove from oven and add torn burrata pieces over the crust.
  5. Layer thin slices of prosciutto over the burrata.
  6. Drizzle floral honey on top and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes if warming the burrata.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish with arugula and extra honey if desired, slice, and serve.
