Step-by-Step Instructions for Breakfast Bombs
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the biscuits on a floured surface until about ¼-inch thick.
- Flatten each biscuit in your palm. In a mixing bowl, combine scrambled eggs, cooked sausage or alternative meats, and shredded cheese. Scoop the filling onto each biscuit.
- Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching and crimping to seal tightly. Place the sealed Breakfast Bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and risen. Watch them towards the end of baking to prevent over-browning.
- Let cool slightly on a wire rack. Optionally, brush with garlic butter while warm for enhanced flavor.
- Serve warm with fruit salad or breakfast beverages. Keep in a low-temperature oven to stay warm if serving multiple people.
