  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs Boneless, skinless preferred
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce Low sodium recommended
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Grated

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds For garnish
  • 2 slices Green Onion Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, combine the pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Stir well to create the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer the marinated chicken to a greased baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over the top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is caramelized.
  6. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes, then garnish with sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
