- Carefully remove the hot skillet and add a tablespoon of butter, swirling it to coat the bottom.
- Pour the rested batter into the hot, buttered skillet, hearing a sizzle as it hits the pan.
- Sprinkle the sharp cheddar cheese and crumbled crispy bacon evenly over the batter.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Once done, remove and garnish with parsley and chives. Optionally drizzle with honey before serving.
