- Toss the cut chicken breasts in a bowl with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Spread this on the Italian loaf and toast it in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- In the same skillet, melt half a stick of butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, sauté, and then pour in the heavy cream, mixing in Parmesan cheese until thickened.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the toasted bread, layer the cooked chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove, slice, and serve warm.
