  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Consider mixing with provolone or fontina

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Toss the cut chicken breasts in a bowl with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. Spread this on the Italian loaf and toast it in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, melt half a stick of butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, sauté, and then pour in the heavy cream, mixing in Parmesan cheese until thickened.
  4. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the toasted bread, layer the cooked chicken, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
  5. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove, slice, and serve warm.
