  • 1 large lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano or fresh oregano (use three times the amount)

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken tenders to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C), for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Remove marinated chicken from refrigerator, discard leftover marinade, and grill chicken tenders for 6–7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Transfer grilled chicken to a plate and let rest for a few minutes before serving with tzatziki sauce and Greek salad.
