  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder can substitute with fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder optional; can use fresh onion or omit
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika can use smoked paprika for a twist
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and chopped onion. Drizzle in olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
  3. Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil, each about 12 inches long. Place a generous portion of the mixture in the center of each piece of foil.
  4. Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture and tightly roll up the ends to create sealed packets.
  5. Place the sealed foil packets on the preheated grill or in the oven. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the beef is fully cooked.
  6. Carefully remove the packets from the grill or oven, open with caution, and serve directly from the foil or plate them.
