Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and grease a baking sheet lightly with olive oil.
- Drain and pat dry the tofu. Slice the tofu into thin shavings.

- Spread the marinated tofu on the greased baking sheet, ensuring pieces are flat and not overlapping.
- Bake the tofu for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving in sandwiches or wraps.
