- Remove the steak and let it rest for 5 minutes on a cutting board.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the bourbon, scraping the bottom of the skillet to lift the browned bits. Simmer for 1 minute.
- Add the heavy cream, beef broth, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir well and simmer for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the rested steak against the grain, place on a plate, and drizzle the bourbon garlic cream sauce over the top. Serve immediately.
