- Prep Ingredients: Slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and chop vegetables if using. Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Let sit for 15-30 minutes.
- Make Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, cornstarch, and water in a small bowl. Set aside.
