- Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted unsalted butter until fully moistened. Press into the bottom of a baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, then gently fold in whipped topping and diced strawberries.
- Once the crust has cooled, spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over it and sprinkle with the strawberry crunch topping.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set properly.
