- Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add another tablespoon of butter, and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add chicken stock and honey, stirring to mix.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer on medium-low for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is heated and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat. If using cheese, sprinkle it over chicken and cover for a few minutes to melt. Serve with sauce drizzled on top and garnish with parsley.
