  • 2 tablespoons Honey can substitute with brown sugar or maple syrup
For Optional Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar) optional for richness

Equipment

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let it rest.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add another tablespoon of butter, and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds. Add chicken stock and honey, stirring to mix.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer on medium-low for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is heated and the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat. If using cheese, sprinkle it over chicken and cover for a few minutes to melt. Serve with sauce drizzled on top and garnish with parsley.
