- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Place the pie crust in a pie dish, cover with foil, fill with weights, and bake for 10 minutes. Remove weights and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown. Cool.
- In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually stir in orange juice, lemon juice, and water. Whisk over medium heat until thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in butter and orange zest, and pour into the cooled crust.
