Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather your tools.
  2. Combine the shredded zucchini with salt and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the zucchini using a towel to remove as much moisture as possible.
  4. Mix the drained zucchini with eggs, Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella until combined.
  5. Spread the zucchini mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  7. Cook the ground beef with chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Stir in the pizza sauce, green bell pepper, mushrooms, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  9. Spread the beef mixture over the baked zucchini crust evenly.
  10. Top with remaining mozzarella and sprinkle cheddar cheese over it.
